For attorneys & estate planning professionals

A notary your practice can count on, every time.

If you handle powers of attorney, trust documents, or other paperwork that needs notarizing on a regular basis, chasing down a one-off appointment every time isn't a great use of anyone's time. E-RON WA offers a simpler way: a consistent notary relationship built around your practice, with priority booking and reduced rates for the clients you send.

What partnering looks like

A simpler, more predictable way to get your clients notarized.

Priority booking

Requests from partners are reviewed ahead of the general queue, so your clients aren't stuck waiting on a signature that's holding up a closing or a filing.

A lower partner rate

No separate booking fee, and a reduced cost on each additional notarial seal — see the full breakdown under partner pricing below.

One dedicated point of contact

You and your clients deal directly with us, start to finish — not a call center or a different notary each time.

Built for estate planning paperwork

We're comfortable handling the documents that come up most in estate planning practice, including powers of attorney and eligible trust documents.

A simple referral process

Send a client's contact details once and let a consistent, repeatable process take it from there — no re-explaining how this works every time.

Still fully compliant

Every session still meets Washington State's identity verification, recording, and journal requirements for remote online notarization. The partnership changes the experience, not the standard.

Eligible services

The same notarial acts we perform for individual clients, available under the partner arrangement.

Acknowledgments

For signers acknowledging documents willingly — the most common notarization for real estate, business, and legal documents. The document can be signed before the session.

Jurats

For documents requiring an oath or affirmation, such as sworn statements, affidavits, and depositions. Signing has to happen live during the appointment.

Trust documents

Support for eligible estate and trust documents, including revocable living trusts, amendments and restatements, and certifications of trust.

Power of attorney

For eligible POA documents requiring notarization — durable, financial, healthcare, or limited and special power of attorney.

Not every document within these categories automatically qualifies for remote online notarization. Send us the document list ahead of time and we'll confirm eligibility.

Partner pricing

A simpler rate for an ongoing relationship, with the booking fee waived.

$25 First notarial act, per session
  • No separate booking fee for partner referrals
  • $10 for each additional notarial seal in the same session
  • Same priority scheduling and direct, personal service

For comparison, a standard single-document appointment totals $35 ($25 for the notarial act plus a $10 booking fee), with each additional seal at $15. The partner rate waives the booking fee and reduces the additional-seal cost to $10, reflecting the ongoing relationship.

Who this is for

The partner arrangement is built for anyone who needs notarizations for clients on a recurring basis, including:

  • Estate planning and trust attorneys
  • General practice and real estate attorneys
  • Title and escrow companies
  • Financial advisors and wealth management firms
  • Any practice or business that regularly sends clients for notarization

How it works

1

Reach out to talk about your practice

A short conversation about the volume and type of documents you typically send over, so the arrangement actually fits how you work.

2

Agree on a process and a rate

We settle on a simple referral or booking process for your clients, along with a reduced rate that reflects working together on an ongoing basis.

3

Send clients through, on an ongoing basis

From there, your clients get priority scheduling and a notary who already understands your practice, appointment after appointment.
